Dear Parents,

Report Cards for Grades ECE and K-8 are available today! ECE will have paper reports in your child's backpack. Grades K-8, log into your FACTs Family Portal to view the report cards (check after 5:00 pm tonight). Mrs. Meiller will also email a copy to your email address.

If you did not sign up for a conference for your 3K, 4K, or 3-8th grade student, we signed you up for a time. Please look in your email in the next few days for that scheduled time. If you cannot make it, please email Mrs. Winter at [email protected] or your child's teacher, and they will attempt to find a better alternative for you. 

Fridays during Lent IHM students can pay to dress down for $2 each day. The money raised will go to the Our Lady of Hope Clinic.

Dates remaining: March 1, March 8, and March 15

Cost: $2 each day the kids choose to dress down

Student should bring money to their homeroom teachers, in an envelope marked with their name and the dates being paid for. If you would like to sponsor another child or give an additional donation please let your child’s teacher know! Thanks for participating in this great cause!

Wednesday Faith Formation Night: Lay Witness Testimony Night at IHM in Marian Hall at 6pm. Our speaker will be Chris Toal. Come hear a beautiful testimony from Chris, who has much to share about the transformative power of self-giving love!

Office Reminders

Mrs. Walters is looking for help at lunchtime on Monday and/or Thursday between 11 AM - 1 PM weekly until the end of the year! If you can help, please email her at [email protected]. 

Mrs. Walters could also use donations of plastic & paper grocery bags, and towels/rags for the Fish Fry! Please send them in to be dropped off in the kitchen! Thank you!

The sign-ups for our Summer Programs are now open! IHM has two summer programs:

ECE Summer Program for students entering 3K, 4K, or Kindergarten in the Fall
IHM Summer Camp Program, for students entering grades 1-6 in the Fall.

If you need to find out how much you paid in tuition or child care last year for tax purposes, please follow these steps:

1) Log into your FACTs tuition account
 2) Click the "View Details" link just to the right of "Payment Plan & Billing".
 3) Use the drop down menu to make sure the box below the words Transactions says "All".
 4) Click the box "View Payment Summary". The screen will give you a total of what you paid in each category.
5) If you need more help, please email the business office at [email protected]

 Thank you to all of the parents who are working our Fish Fries this year! We appreciate your dedication and hard work to helping IHM run our fantastic Fish Fry to raise money for EdCo, which supports our school!

The 8th grade class will be back selling Butter Braid Pastries and Fresh Popcorn at the Fish Fry this Friday! Watch for them as you wait in line to get a snack while you wait and stop at the table by the front doors to get a take and bake pastry to go! Proceeds benefit the upcoming class trip to Washington, D.C.! 

Reading Night for grades ECE-2 will be held on Monday, March 4 at 6 PM. See the linked flyer for more details.

Donuts for Dads: Come celebrate the dads and special men in our lives on March 19, the Feast of St. Joseph. We are looking for (typically mom) volunteers to set up, serve, and clean up from about 7:15am - 8:15 am.
