Jubilee Year Mass
Please mark your calendars for the beginning of the Jubilee Year on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 2pm at Immaculate Heart of Mary with a special Mass celebrated by Bishop Hying to which the whole Diocese is invited. This special liturgy will include a procession, the solemn greeting of the faithful at the doors of the church, veneration of the Jubilee Cross which will be on display at IHM for the year, and Mass for the Feast of the Holy Family. All are welcome to attend an Advent Retreat on Sat., Dec. 21 at 8am at IHM to escape the chaos of the final days of preparation and spiritually prepare for Christmas. The morning will begin with Adoration at 8am, continue with Mass at 9am and include a scripture study of each of the four unique Masses of Christmas following Mass. There is no charge to attend. A light breakfast will be provided.

Advent Rosary Sale / Prayer Shawl Ministry
Mary’s Rosary Assemblers is hosting its Advent Rosary Sales of lovely chain rosaries, wrist rosaries, and much more, to support its Rosary Ministry to foreign & domestic missions. Free publications and prayer guides are also available. After Masses at IHM - Dec 15. The Prayer Shawl Ministry will have a display in conjunction with the Rosary Sale. Come and learn about this spiritually caring ministry, pick up a free prayer shawl to comfort someone in need of healing and love, or find out how to get involved.

Bake Christmas Cheer for Luke House
Share Christmas treats for Christmastime meals. Adding a dozen or two to your holiday baking is a wonderful way to support this ministry of hospitality. Stella Maris St. Anne’s Altar Society will host a Christmas Bake Sale on Dec. 21 & 22 after all Masses, featuring cookie plates with assorted treats and our usual offerings. On Dec. 21, join us in IHM Marian Hall (school cafeteria) at 8am to make cinnamon rolls and at 11am to assemble cookie plates. Donations of cookies or candies are needed and can be dropped off on Dec. 21 from 8–11am or arranged with Teri Kuntzsch (608-206-5144, [email protected]). Volunteers are also needed to help set up before Mass and sell items after Mass. (Items for the sale can also be dropped off before Mass, packaged and ready to sell).

Adult Bible Study

LBH - Save the Dates!

Retrouvaille
Does your marriage need a refresh or a rescue? Find help through Retrouvaille, (ret-tro-vi), where husbands and wives are helped to re-discover each other. In Retrouvaille, couples discover they are not alone. There is hope and grace. Madison’s upcoming Retrouvaille program is Jan. 31 – Feb. 2 at the Green Lake Conference Center. High School Youth Group
High schoolers are invited to help serve food to those in need on Dec. 17, 5 - 6:30pm. Meet at the Luke House (310 S Ingersoll St., Madison) or reach out if your teen needs transportation. To participate, complete the form here.
