What is Stewardship? Stewardship, as rooted in Scripture, emphasizes that we are not the owners of our lives but rather stewards. Simply put, stewardship is recognizing that everything we have and everything we are is a gift from God, and we must discern how to be generous with those gifts. God blesses and entrusts each of us with talents, financial resources, and spiritual gifts. He doesn't give us gifts for ourselves. Rather, He gives us gifts that we can use to glorify Him and help build His Kingdom.
Be a Faithful Steward Take inventory of your life and prayerfully consider all the things God has given you to steward: your talents, financial resources, and spiritual gifts. Reflect on which gifts you can use to serve Him and those around you.
